Welcome to Modurang! Our name, which means “with everyone” or “all together” in Korean, reflects our commitment to bringing you delicious combinations of flavors from across Korea.
When Grace (Jieun) and I, Stephen (Hyunyoong), first came to America in 2006, our dream of owning a restaurant felt very far away. Despite the hardships our family faced along the way, our belief in hard work, perseverance, and entrepreneurship remained strong.
After many hopeful years, we proudly opened Modurang in 2019, and we are so happy to have you here! We hope this taste of Korea brings you closer to our culture and showcases the wide variety of delicious flavors we offer. As we say in Korean, eat deliciously!
